Require a new activity to play in your care home then look no futher than hoy. With minimal cost Hoy will be a great addition to your activity sessions.

Hoy is a bingo like game played with playing cards and can be played with 2 or more players

All you need is a pack of cards for the dealer, a hoy sheet and 9 markers for each player.

The aim of the game is for a player to mark off 9 cards which the dealer overturns from their pack, once a player gets all 9 matched they call “hoy”. You could also play for the 1st person to get 3 in a row before playing for the full house.

This great activity will keep your group entertained and if you usually play bingo this is a nice alternative.
